Of a yellow-green colour with mother-of-pearl reflections; very attractive to the eye. It displays an excellent and marked aroma. It is intense, delicate and elegant and reminds of tree fruits. It has a light, soft and savoury mouth. Its acid and sweet hints create a balanced and very personal wine with a strong structure. This wine matches seafood, fish, lightly seasoned meats, mushrooms and soft cheese particularly well.
