Production process: We work at green pruning vineyards and pick bunches while green. Manual and boxed harvest, de-stemming and light pressing, gravitational racking, cold-controlled fermentation and aging on lees with battonage for 4-6 months and Bordeaux bottling with 100% extra natural cork and horizontal aging.
Tasting Notes: Clean and bright straw yellow with green sparkles. Average aromatic intensity, fruit, apple, grapefruit, peach. Well structured, pleasant, fresh and sweet, and very elegant finish with a very good acidity.
