Production process: Fermenting premaceration at 4ºC for 4 days and later fermentation controlled at 24ºC. Eight months aging in oak barrels and four more months in bottle.
Wine tasting: It is a bright wine, dense with blue shadows and a red-purple colour; clean smell with a good intensity, where red berries stand out. Soft mouth, where roasted scents stand out. It is a velvety fresh and warm wine with the right astringency and a good balance with a persistent aftertaste smell.
