Production: 120,000 bottles
Production process: Peculiar maceration at low temperatures for 10 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (15ºC).
Wine tasting: Straw yellow-coloured with green shades, this wine shows a clean and fruity scent where the apple aroma stands out among the grapefruit, pineapple and lime blossom aromas. It has a well balanced mouth and it is fresh and unctuous with a strong taste and a good persistence.
