Description: A white wine that belongs to the Ribeiro Designation of Origin. It is the wine that best captures the Ribeiro diversity and, in fact, it is suitable for all kinds of palates; no wonder it is the most sold Galician white wine.
Variety: Treixadura, Torrontés, Albariño, Godello, Loureira and others.
Origin: Different soils from the 4 valleys of Ribeiro, mainly over a subsoil of granite rock.
Production process: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Each varietal is fermented separately and afterwards they are blended to obtain a balanced wine with nuances of the different varietals it is made of.
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma of medium-high intensity, very fine and elegant, with notes of tropical fruit and fresh grass. Mouth very balanced, savory and fresh, forming a pleasant and harmonious.
All types of fish and seafood, creamy cheeses such as Gouda and Brie.
