Commercial name of the product: Pazo White
Description: White wine belonging to the Ribeiro Designation of Origin. The first wine produced in the winery and one of the first Ribeiros.
Variety: Palomino, Torrontés and Treixadura.
Origin: Several lands of the 4 Valleys of the Ribeiro, mainly of granite base.
Production process: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperatura.
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow color, clean and bright. Medium intensity aroma, fine, with white fruits, fennel and fresh herbs. On the palate it is balanced and fresh.
All types of fish and seafood.
Suggested serving temperature: 8º C.
