DESCRIPTION
Well structured, tasty and slightly glyceride, unctuous but fresh due to its good level of acidity, light greasy texture, easy on the palate, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
Matching: ideal for fish, seafood and meat.
Soils: granite and clay soils.
Grape varieties: Treixadura (75%), Lado (10%), Albariño (10%) Loureira (5%)
Production: maceration with carbonic snow in a press followed by fermentation in controlled temperature.
