Harvest: hand harvesting was done in three different stages following grape ripeness in October 2018.
Grapes were selected and hand-picked carefully.
Wine Tasting:
Colour: lemon green with golden shades, bright.
Nose: subtle mineral notes, enticing aromas of ripe stone fruits.
Mouth: mineral notes; silica with an intense taste of ripe stone fruits.
Recommended serving temperature: 11ºC / 52ºF
Overall, creamy on the palate, salty and mineral, with intense structure and body. A wine to hold in
your mouth.
