DESCRIPTION
Of a yellow-green colour with golden hints, medium-intensity aroma, clean with rounded notes, reminding of wild grass, fennel, spearmint, linden blossom and ripe fruit (apple, melon, peach). It has a particularly nice mouth, with a balance of sweet hints that create body and volume. Acid flavours that grant freshness and mineral notes of a great complexity which come from the slate in the ground and offer a wide array of long and pleasant sensations. This wine matches seafood, fish, lightly seasoned meat, mushrooms and soft cheese particularly well.
