DESCRIPTION
Flor de Margot Mencía continues the saga of Cuñas Davia monovarietals, started by his Treixadura. From the “As Paxareiras” and “Os Puzos” plots, about 1.500 kilos are obtained of one of the best mencías that can be found in the Ribeiro, to make just 1.000 liters of this wine. Flor de Margot Mencía seeks to preserve the expressiveness of this variety, making it with minimal intervention and
without going through wood, to achieve the balance of its intensity, freshness and elegance.
Production:
Pre-fermentation maceration of pasta cold, spontaneous fermentation at temperature controlled at 25ºC. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel tank.
