Straw yellow in color, with greenish iridescence. Great aromatic expression, very varietal. With fruity notes like: apple, grapefruit, pear and a final floral background.
Elegant and complex. In the mouth powerful, fresh and tasty. That reminds us of the fruity and floral nature of the nose.
Expressive, consistent, delicate and elegant.
Production:
Light skin maceration at 10ºC for hours. Controlled fermentation at 15ºC for approximately 15 days.
