The Premium Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a first class oil. It is made with olives of the highest quality, which have been harvested at their optimal point. Sensorily speaking, it is an all-round oil since it combines the fragrant aroma of the Arbequina, the freshness of the Hojiblanca and the bitter nuance of the Picual, which create a penetrating fruity juice and a sweet and marked flavour. It is perfect to be consumed raw. Its acidity is never higher than 0.3.
