DESCRIPTION
This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced with selected oils of the Arbequina, Picual and Hojibanca varieties, which are perfectly balanced. It is indeed a balanced oil with a dense and flowing texture which leaves a very pleasant feeling in mouth, whose final result is an authentic and delicious flavour. This oil is perfect for breakfasts, sauces, dressings and for seasoning all kinds of dishes when they are still raw. Maximum acidity of 0,4.
