Look: toasted bright amber colour reminding of caramel. Persistent and dense head.
Scent: Smell reminding of toasted bread and a slight liquorice hint, as well as the presence of hops shown in sweet fruit smells reminding of peach, melon, pear, mango…
Taste: Honey and toasted bread flavours and sweet malt-derived flavour, followed by the bitterness of hops in the aftertaste.
Matching: Chicken, sea products, hamburgers and soft bitter cheese.
Bitterness: 25 IBUs
