Production process: It is produced with selected grapes, fermented on its lees, and temperature controlled.
Tasting notes:
Clean, bright, of a lemon yellow colour. Intense, complex and elegant aromas. Fresh notes of peach, pear, medlar, tangerine, melon and subtle floral hints. Very well structured mouth, with a strong fruit presence and with a slightly citric aftertaste providing freshness and persistence.
