Aguas de Sousas is primarily distinguished by its low mineral content (between 50 and 500 mg of dry residue per litre), which helps eliminating toxins and oxalic, uric and phosphoric acids.
This bicarbonated water makes digestions lighter. Besides, it is lithium-containing and slightly fluoridated with antiseptic properties.
Sousas’ magnesium content balances the central nervous system while being beneficial for brain activity. Sousas’ potassium content helps with nitrogen storage.
This eupeptic water activates the secretion of gastric juices, thus helping digestion. Being calorie-free, it is ideal for slimming treatments, as it favours diuresis.
