Val de Nairoa is produced with grapes that are subjected to an exclusive freezing process in freezing tunnels. It was the only white wine served in the Ceremony of the Princess of Asturias Awards 2015. Recently, the magazine Wine Advocate of Robert Parker gave 90 points to this wine.

Production process: Preselection of grapes in the vineyard. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kgs. Selection of grapes in the cellar. Freezing of the grapes in “freezing tunnel”. Fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Stabilization static. Soft filtering
Tasting Notes: Ideal accompaniment to appetizers, smoked, rice, fish, seafood and white meats. Optimum service temperature from 8º to 10º.
